Received his B.A. from the University of Connecticut in 2018, in both Political Science and German Studies. Spencer attended the Wake Forest University School of Law in North Carolina, where he specialized in both Business and Tax law. After graduating in 2021, Spencer returned to his home state of Connecticut. Spencer is admitted to practice law in both Connecticut and Massachusetts. He is passionate about helping our clients in Housing Court, and enjoys supporting small business owners across the state.”
