Client will consult with an attorney, attorney will draft pleadings, negotiate a settlement and/or attend trial. *Client will likely have to attend court if a trial is needed ** Flat fee includes up to TWO court appearances, additional appearances are billed at a flat rate of $250 per appearance.  

Includes assistance with court forms (answer and special defenses), in depth consultation with attorney to discuss case, likely outcomes, court procedures and strategic plans, includes additional 15 minute follow up call with attorney. 

 Assist with Drafting a Motion to Dismiss, in depth consultation with attorney to discuss case, court procedure, likely outcomes and strategic plans.

 Draft an Audita or Motion to Open, in depth consultation with attorney to discuss case and likely outcomes including court procedures 

 Attorney attends court mediation and/or trial.  Fee includes up to TWO court appearances as well as in depth consultation with an attorney.  *Client will likely have to attend court if a trial is needed ** Flat fee includes up to TWO court appearances, additional appearances are billed at a flat rate of $250 per appearance.
